Little Penguin (Eudyptula minor). These are the smallest of the penguins, inhabiting the coastlines of Southern Australia and New Zealand. They spend their days at sea hunting for fish, and may remain offshore for some time if they do not have chicks to feed. They return to their burrows in after dark, arriving in groups to reduce risks of predators.
