Rondout Lighthouse at the entrance to Rondout Creek on the Hudson River, New York. The historic Kingston Rondout 2 lighthouse warns boats on the river of unseen hazards. The light station is now automated, but the building is on the National Register of Historic Places and can be visited with the Hudson River Maritime Museum.
