Description
Schnitzel with two sauces. A delicious traditional German lunch of breaded veal slices served in the rustic cast iron frying pan it was cooked in. Jaegerschnitzel, or Hunter Schnitzel is topped with a mushroom sauce, while Zigeunerschnitzel or Gypsy schnitzel is smothered in a sauce of red peppers and onions. Of course the excellent meal is accompanied by french fries.
